These Terms of Service apply to purchases from luxorp.shop, operated by meinAuto24h.de GmbH, Harkortstraße 35, 40880 Ratingen, Germany.

Products and prices. Product descriptions, available options and prices are displayed on the product page. The final price, applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. We may correct an obvious error and will contact you if it affects an order you have placed.

Orders and payment. When you place an order, we send an order acknowledgement to the email address you provide. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item. We may decline an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud or an unavailable product.

Delivery and returns. Delivery options, costs and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Returns, refunds and statutory cancellation rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Promotions. Promotions apply only when their stated conditions are met. If more than one offer could apply, the final eligible discount is calculated at checkout. We may correct a technical display error, but will not charge more than the amount you agree to at checkout without contacting you.

Website content. The text, images and other content on this website belong to Luxorp or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping; you may not reproduce its content for commercial use without permission.

Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. German law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
