Shipping policy

We ship to destinations available for selection at checkout. If a delivery address cannot be selected or no shipping rate appears, we currently cannot accept an order for that destination.

Processing and delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is currently estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Checkout may show a more specific estimate for your order.

Shipping options and charges. Our current Shopify shipping settings offer free standard tracked shipping in supported shipping zones. Where available, expedited tracked shipping costs €7.99, or the amount shown in your checkout currency. Your final shipping option and charge are displayed before payment.

Tracking. When your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation and tracking details when available. If your order is delayed or tracking has not updated, contact info@luxorp.shop with your order number so we can investigate.

Addresses and customs. Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us as soon as possible if it needs correction. For cross-border orders, customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Any such charges and responsibilities are subject to applicable law.
